Rocio Romero is pleased to announce an LV Open House Tour to be held at the Perryville LV in Perryville, Missouri on Friday, July, 27, 2012.

Two different tour formats are available on this day: public and private. All tours on this day are currently sold out.

Private tours

The private tour gives the potential LV homeowner ample time to discuss their project while experiencing a built LV Home. You will first talk to Rocio Romero personally and then spend the remainder of the tour with a project manager discussing your project. We encourage guests to bring site plans, pictures, and/or sketches so that we can discuss your project in detail. If a guest decides to purchase an LV Series home, the $100 fee will be credited back to their Rocio Romero LLC account.

Public tours

The public tour is an informal tour through the LV Home. Guests are invited to look around and experience the LV Home space. Due to a limited number of spaces, a $25 reservation fee per group is required but will be refunded upon confirmation of tour attendance.

When making a reservation, groups are limited to 4 individuals. Due to limited parking, your group must come in one car.
