Rocio Romero is pleased to announce an LV Open House Tour to be held in Los Angeles, CA on March 9, 2013. Private tours of Bryce & Bianca's LV will be available on this day. To view the tour schedule and availability, visit our Tour Schedule page. All tours are one hour long. Private tours give potential LV homeowners ample time to discuss their project while experiencing a built LV home. We encourage guests to bring site plans, pictures, and/or sketches so that we can discuss your project in detail. If a guest decides to purchase an LV Series home, the $100 tour fee (for a group of up to 4) will be credited back to their Rocio Romero LLC account. When making a reservation, groups are limited to 4 individuals. Due to limited parking, your group must come in one car. Reservation will not be confirmed until receipt of payment.
